Connecting with retroactivity
Joining Valorlub must be from the moment you were subject to the take-back obligation. It can also be done retroactively. In this way, Valorlub wants to avoid discrimination with regard to companies that have been affiliated with Valorlub from the start of their activities and have therefore always paid their contributions.
By connecting retroactively, you avoid any fines for not fulfilling your take-back obligation individually.
